 TAS is a shared support agency for six District Health Boards (DHBs): Capital & Coast, Hutt Valley, Wairarapa, MidCentral, Whanganui and Hawke’s Bay. TAS provides analytical, project management, audit, and service planning functions to the DHB’s.

 

We are looking for an Office Administrator with a ‘can do’ attitude who can manage reception, accounts administration and provide PA support to the GM.  If you are that unique all rounder who is a true team player and can manage a variety of tasks we would like to hear from you.

 

Being the first point of contact for all our visitors and clients, immaculate presentation is essential, as is clear and concise verbal and written communication.

 

The successful candidate will have experience in Microsoft Office Products (minimum intermediate level in both Word and Excel), MYOB and PA support. They will so have excellent relationship building skills, be flexible and highly organised.


This is a full time role and will suit someone who wants to be part of a team, has a positive attitude and preferably has some knowledge of the health sector.
